STRATEGY
We were engaged by an international haulage business to facilitate a review of their strategy and 5 year plan. As experienced by many businesses, the management team were guilty of spending all their time working in the business, rather than on the business. They were ready to address that problem however.
LOGISTICS
We are currently working on a number of Logistics Projects
Matching haulage with demand, and demand with haulage. Bulk Improvement Plans, reviewing current activity and process, to identify efficiencies and productivity improvements to enhance service levels and reduce cost.
Management Support and UK representation
Support is provided from Non Exec Director, attendance at Board Meetings through to individual Management Coaching and Mentoring. Individual projects are taken on to free up and leverage management time, or where there is a knowledge gap.
